12 Days of Catmas: Day 4 - Shows to Binge Watch During Your Break

Hello Friends and welcome to DAY FOUR of the 12 Days of Catmas!  Today I want to share with you a list of shows you should definitely binge watch during your holiday breaks!  Even if you don't have six weeks like I do, I'M SO SORRY, but you can still finish most of these shows within a month if you're really committed lol.  You can find most of these shows on Netflix and also other places, but I don't know what those places are because I have Netflix so sorry lol.  Also, no spoilers here, I promise!

1. The Office
My brother loooooooves The Office and he begged me to watch it too.  Even though I was super disappointed in how it ended, I still really loved it and I'm watching it again.  There are NINE seasons of The Office so your TV will definitely be completely booked for your entire holiday.

2. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
This is probably one of my favorite shows EVER and you definitely need to watch it before you watch anything else.  There's only two seasons right now but I promise you you'll love every minute of it and it'll leave you wanting more.  You could probably finish both seasons in two days if you've got nothing else to do!

3. Scrubs
Scrubs is also on my list of favorites because it's super lighthearted and easy to watch.  It's hilariously stupid most of the time so if you need something to numb your mind during your holiday, Scrubs is for you!

4. Jane the Virgin
If you're looking for something that's going to tug at your heartstrings a little bit, Jane the Virgin is for you.  It's novela style allows for it to be funny, romantic, tragic, and heart-wrenching all at the same time.  You'll fall in love with this show the moment your start watching it and if you do, come back here and let me know if you're Team Michael or Team Rafael!  (I'm Team Michael so if yu're not then BYE)

5. Bob's Burgers
On the other hand, Bob's Burgers is some really good mind numbing garbage television that's really great if you don't want to get emotionally attached to characters.  It's honestly the best garbage television out there.  You'll laugh, you'll be confused, you'll feel like wtf am I watching, all at the same time!

6. Orange is the New Black
Now if you're looking for something SUPER intense, OITNB is calling your name.  If you're worried about the hype, once you watch it, you'll understand why it is so hyped up in the first place.  The writing, production, and acting is all genius and you'll definitely get emotionally attached to the characters once you learn their backstories and histories.

7. Parks and Recreation
Parks and Rec is definitely my favorite show, hands down.  It's stupidly hilarious that you'll fall in love with it.  Every character is so individual and unique.  It's similar to The Office but 100000000 times funnier and more lighthearted.

8. How I Met Your Mother
Three words: NEIL PATRICK HARRIS.  We all know he's gay irl, but as Barney Stinson, you'll be doubting whether or not that is true.  He slowly became my favorite character in the show and I promise you that he will be your favorite character too.  HIMYM is honestly not that great of a show (lol) but you should watch it anyways because it'll make you wish your friends were just like them.

9. Superstore
This Walmart-esque show is so hilarious and dumb that you'll want to watch each episode over and over and over again until you throw up.  It tackles "Walmart stereotypes" while still being super funny and crazy.  America Ferrara is amazing as a character who isn't Ugly Betty too!

10.  Law and Order: Special Victims Unit
My ALL TIME FAVORITE SHOW RIGHT HERE.  Seventeen seasons of pure genius and Olivia Benson.  Bt the time you finish this show, which will take you a lifetime, you will think you're a detective who can solve sex crimes because you now consider them especially heinous.  You've probably seen at least a few episodes of SVU, but if you binge watch all of them, you'll never die.

BONUS!!!
You guys know I loooove Korean dramas, so if you're not as into American shows, here are some of my favorite dramas that you can binge watch:
Doctor Crush (starring the loml Kin Raewon, also my #1 fave drama)
Let's Eat / Let's Eat 2 (starring the main loml, Yoon Dujun)
City Hunter (starring the other loml, Lee Minho)
Signal
Ojakgyo Brothers
My Husband Got a Family
Heartstrings (starring my fave Jung Yonghwa)
Panda and Hedgehog (starring the very first loml, Lee Donghae)

I hope this list gave you some ideas of what to watch during your holiday break.  As you can tell, I prefer lighthearted, stupid comedy over serious drama-filled shows, but if you're like me then now you have tons of options!  If you do choose to watch any of these, let me know which ones, how long it took you to watch, and what you thought about them!

All the Love,
Cat <3
